Skouts Honor 03:25
Scouts honor- these shadows they dance and flicker on walls and the seconds are all so deceiving have i been here for hours or days as if it matters Ive become a waste so maybe this is where i was meant to lay whats a home without love four walls to call my grave whats home with out love four walls to call my grave i have too many former friends and not quite enough real ones to make me believe this is all ok to make me believe this is all ok this is ok x4 this is not ok x4 i use to put faith in my dreams wished slumber wouldn't escape me but recent nights it has and ill i ask for and all i ask for is a brave bird x2 one with a sword and shield so that he might keep my mind at bay i plea that he protects me because i have learned my biggest enemy is me me x4
2.
The things i stumble across the things i wish i didn't im the best at making mistakes in every situation if regret was in a bottle id drink it down like these beers and black out from your love ba da da dada da da da da dada da X2 this is just another late night drive where i learn to hate myself i cant be trusted with suck a ticking bomb ill light the fuse and blow my self away from you you fought for me when i needed you the most and i left you out in the cold this is just another late night drive this is just another late night drive where i learn to hate myself for everything i ever did if regret was in a bottle id drink it down just like these beers id black out on your love and wake and wake with you no where near.

I cant I cant I cant see the Forest for the trees and I, I struggle to breathe my wings are broke and time wont heal my wings are broke and time wont heal i flew towards the sun my plastic wings my plastic wings I flew straight towards the sun my plastic wings my plastic wings I flew straight towards the sun on the day that i fell this feather in my hand wont bring me luck i try to move through the door but it wont open up (We live in shadow graves our hearts cant be saved) were born into death raised on the shadow of hope grow up to find there's no dreams of any kind.
4.
The door to my mouth was left wide open. silence is the key but i can close it. im grabbing at all ends but i cant hold them. im nothing, your nothing we are all hopeless. x4 How was i to know that these thoughts would grow just like weeds they are claiming my dreams i cant sleep it feels like i have been awake for days im begging for change a new place that i can lay the change in my pocket wont bring me comfort and the drink wont settle my thoughts i cant survive (survive) much more then this and im sinking (sinking) slower and slower (into the abyss) i am nothing you are nothing we are all hopeless

about

We wrote these songs over the course of a month in a cold and lonely storage unit. Kyle cried way too many times and quit the band on multiple occasions. We then had it recorded on May 27th, 2012 by Jack Shirley at The Atomic Garden Studio in Palo Alto and released on cassette through interskramz records. You can hit 0 on the name your price option for a free download. Thank you for listening.
